Namjoon came inside to make sure a chair was there and everything was set up. "If anything happens, there's this alarm here. See it? You press it and someone will come." Namjoon turned his head and looked at Jimin, the boy was sweating and fidgeting in his sleep but there was no awareness, no consciousness. It was unsettling but he had to hope for the boy.
He looked over the busted teddy bear sitting next to him... got, it was rancid. It was muddy, ripped and the eye was loose. "You know, we could fix his teddy bear for when he wakes up."
"...in time? Because he needs it." Usually, Jimin never even let go of the bear unless he entrusted him to one of the others for a limited amount of time, if he had to do something like swing or climb. Yoongi knew it needed washing and repairing, but he didn't want to risk him waking up and the bear being gone. He'd be so upset. Yoongi looked at the bear and then Jimin in distress. "I won it for him."
"Oh, I could do it by tomorrow morning and look at him, he'll sleep through the night." Turning his head, he smiled softly at Jin. "Right? We can let Jiminie sleep and perform surgery on the teddy bear instead. It needs stitches." And to be washed, cleaned, fixed up and maybe patch the foot a little. He came over and very carefully took the gross bear in his hands. "You won this? Man. You are a good hyung. I'll make sure he looks as good as new, yeah?"
"You never win me anything, Joonie." Jin just felt it was worth pointing out. "You can give me the bear, I know someone who'll take good care of it." Luckily there were some very friendly nurses here and their group of raggedy boys already had their fans among them. Not that Jin could blame them, exhausted Suga insisting on sitting by Jimin's door was that kind of image that made anyone's heart melt. Not to even mention Jungkook cuddling up to Hobi and Tae.
"I have good aim." Yoongi shrugged and then nodded. "Please make the bear better." And then maybe Jimin would get better too.
"... Babe, do you want me to throw stuff and win prizes? Remember last time I threw something?" He playfully tossed a ball for a dog at the park, it rebounded off a post and smacked Namjoon in the face. He had a black eye for a week. Looking at Yoongi, he smiled at the boy, friendly and encouraging. He wanted to help these kids, more than anything. It had a personal slant to it, he couldn't help it. "You gotta win something for me to give my husband some time. I'm deadly. God of destruction. I ruin everything."
Just being honest. "Hence why Jin is handling the bear. Does he have a name? We want to tell the nurse who their patient is."
"...Min Teddy." Yoongi blushed, looking at the sleeping Jimin rather than anything else. "I won it, so. He thinks it should have my last name." Jimin was cute that way. Jimin was always so cute and sweet and Yoongi hated himself for any time he had teased him or ignored him or send him away. He couldn't die, he just couldn't.
"That's cute." So the last name was probably actually true. Jin stepped next to Namjoon and took the bear from him, before it'd be destroyed. "Why 'Suga'?" Because that hardly sounded like a given name.
"Oh, street names are never that simple. Mine was RM. Bet you can't even guess why?" He stuck his tongue out playfully at Jin before leaning into him a little. He had been on the streets for a long time, sprayed graffiti everywhere, his street name was plastered all over walls of Seoul but he didn't really like to tell Jin these things. That was a chapter of his life he kept aside but ... these kids might find it easier to talk to him if they knew.
"Cause I was an idiot fifteen year old and I decided 'Rap Monster' was brilliant. The downside of being a teenager." He shrugged his shoulders. "I bet Suga has a better meaning. Maybe you can tell us some day."
"It's nothing special," Yoongi mumbled, glancing at Namjoon for a moment or two. Why would a cop have been on the street? But then, he supposed he hadn't always been a cop. Just hard to consider as he stood there in his uniform and the doctor's arm around him. Rap Monster? Yoongi frowned, then looked at Jimin again. Maybe he could sleep for a little bit, as long as he stayed right here. "I'll watch Jiminie."
"I believe we're getting kicked out." Jin smiled, holding the teddy bear. "Let's go, Joonie."
"Oh yeah, sorry for bothering you." Namjoon playfully bowed to Suga before pushing Jin along to the door and moving in close. "We'll fix up Min Teddy and get him back to Jimin tomorrow. Look at him, he's such a cute bear." Namjoon grinned at Jin, amused and endeared.
