"You'd be a good appa. You make food and give baths. You dress well. You smell nice." All good appa things that appas had to be good at. Kangwoo nodded approvingly and leaned into Yoongi, pressing his face against the other's shoulder and considering having a new appa. A nice appa. It seemed way safer than not having one.
"You're the appa and I'm your baby." That was how it worked. "And then we get a puppy."
"Yeah? Hmm, guess we could get a puppy. Maybe when your new appa is a bit less stressed at work, yeah?" Yoongi didn't want to destroy Kangwoo's sweet little dreams, but right now he didn't have the focus for a puppy on top of, yeah, essentially getting a new baby. He reached for Kangwoo's jammies and held them out for him.
"Put them on, Kang-ah. Then we can watch some more Star Wars and I will feed you something yummy."
"Okay. Puppy can wait." Kangwoo nodded, okay to put his puppy dreams aside for now and focus on other things. Like how cool it was to have fresh jammies, Star Wars ahead and a new appa. Once he was all dressed, he hugged onto Yoongi and smiled to himself. "You're gonna be the best appa. I'll be a really good baby."
And when they finally got that puppy, he'd also be the best!
