"Yeah, I learned how to swim." Part of training, really not all that fun. But Yoongi supposed it could be fun in theory. "Maybe we can go to a pool some time and hyung can teach you."
They could just rent out a private pool somewhere. He would look into it, if Jungkook dreamed of it. He pulled Jungkook onto his lap now and got his phone out, quickly opening up an online shopping site. Showing it to Jungkook, he put a Dooly plush into the shopping cart. "Your friend is going to come and stay with you and the bunny, Jungkookie. Hyung invited him."
"You know Dooly?" Woooooah. He looked at Yoongi like he was the coolest person to ever exist ever! And he was! He knew Dooly! He couldn't wait to tell Minwo how cool his hyung was cause he and Dooly knew each other. "Do you know him well? Are you friends? Will he want to come and play a lot? I'll take good care of him. I'm a big boy but Dooly is still a little baby so we have to be gentle."
Jungkook nodded, determined and excited to finally meet Dooly. "We could teach Dooly to swim, hyung!"
"I don't know Dooly so well yet, he is much better friends with you. But you will introduce me properly, yeah?" Yoongi ran a hand through his brother's hair, smiling at him. He wanted to buy him more toys. He remembered being little and there was someone at some event, some children, they had toys. He remembered asking his father if he could play. Of course he couldn't, but he remembered well. He wanted Jungkook to have things to play with. Have friends too. he was working on that.
"I think Dooly might be too little for swimming. He would just get all soggy. But you can tell him all about it and you and him and bunny and hyung can maybe watch something together. And read."
"I like when you read me a story, hyung." Jungkook turned around in Yoongi's lap and hugged him tight, nuzzling his hyung a little cause he really did love him. He kissed his cheek softly. "I'm still really sad that appa went to sleep forever but I'm glad I have you cause it'd be scary otherwise! And you're so nice."
He loved him a lot. "Do you have a lot of friends? Cause you can be friends with Dooly too. Oh! And Minwo-hyung. Do you know him? He's really good at doing silly voices for the bed time stories."
"Of course I know Minwo. But he works for me, you know? I'm his boss. I like him, but we can't really be friends, because I'm his boss. But it's still nice." He didn't want Jungkook to worry. "And I'm friends with you and with your bunny. And soon I'll have Dooly too."
Yoongi gasped, clutching his heart. "Sooo many friends! I'm so lucky."
With a smile, he kissed Jungkook's forehead. "I'm glad you like Minwo so much. He really, really likes you too."
Jungkook giggled and then reached out, picking up bunny to 'kiss' Yoongi's cheek with it's nose, bouncing his stuffed toy up and down. "Bunny REALLY likes you, hyung. Cause you gave him to me and now he has a nice home and he's sooooo love!" And that was all that mattered, really. In the end. He smiled and hugged his bunny close.
"Minwo-hyung keeps me safe." He nodded and then he beamed up at Yoongi. "Like yoi, hyung! You're a brave hero."
"I'll always want to keep you safe." One day, Jungkook would find out that Yoongi killed their father. He wondered whether that would be the moment he stopped loving him. Better not to think about it, that one loving relationship he had being in such a precarious state. He focused on Jungkook's smile instead and then turned his head to kiss the bunny back. Hey, fair was fair.
"What yummy food do you want tonight, Jungkookie?"
"I want noodles! Fried noodles! With .... pork." That was his wish. He clapped his hands together and giggled before kissing Bunny as well, copying his hyung. "We'll cook together, hyung. And then eat! Food is tastier when you work together." Or that was what Yoongi had said once and Jungkook had taken it on board as he did anything else. He was a straight up sponge.
