"And if I see anything about this on a gossip site, you are in trouble, mister." Well, Win just wanted to make sure. He was trying to be professional here, although this was obviously complicating things. "Order whatever you want, Team. Extra toppings included."
There, that should hopefully help him over his shock a little. "Anyway. I mean, if he was really your friend, of course he still cares about you. I do too. That makes sense."
However, he wasn't an idol and he wasn't single and Ten and him had never had sexual tension. So he could see where the spiralling could come in.
"Remember when I told you that there was a guy I liked but I ODed in front of him and then fucked him up long term because of it? That's the guy. I don't think I can ever really have what I had. I already fucked it up." He sighed and ordered himself a drink because he needed a little alcohol. "He wants to talk to me but I'm scared. What if I wreck him again?"
"Suga is very self destructive, his songs are all about that. Oh man, wait-- you ODed in front of him? Huh. Are you the drug taking friend?"
"Am I the what?" Ten frowned and raised an eyebrow. "What do you mean?"
"Well... I mean, listen to his word." That was all Team was gonna say.
"His songs are all about being self-destructive? ...I thought they were all about girls and loving yourself." Not that he was the most avid listener, evidently, but still. Not quite what he would have thought. "He's written about Ten then, are you saying that?"
Curiously, Win got his phone out, opening youtube. "What songs, Team? Maybe we can figure out more about how he feels, Ten. If he writes about you, he must have missed you. Maybe it's good if you make up."
"Oh man, where to start? There's his bit in Spring Day, which is a total jam by the way. Then he did a lot about his social anxiety in his first album and in his second one, he wrote this song. Erm, hang on." Team leaned forward to take the phone from Win and put the song on, making sure the lyrics were in Thai.
Ten shuffled around and peered at the screen curiously, even if he could understand the Korean, he just had to read it and believe that he was hearing what he was hearing.
"Huh. He's pretty good." Wait. He supposed judging the skills of an internationally successful rapper wasn't really point of this exercise, so Win tried to instead imagine what this had to be like for Ten and so he reached out, putting a hand on his shoulder. Damn. "Hey."
He looked at him, frowning. "I guess that's about you?" It did line up with all he knew. "...yeah, he is not over you."
"Yeah, kind of hearing that. Oh boy, I need -- I gotta walk." Ten had to get up and move or he'd lose his mind. He took his drink off Team and knocked it back as he did a circle around the dining room... only to turn around as soon as he accidentally wandered into BTS shooting or something. Turning back around, he cursed under his breath.
Fuck, people were everywhere.
Team looked back and frowned a little before turning to Win. "There's a lot of songs about him. Like this." He opened Spring Day for Win next.
Win glanced at Ten, but then decided that he probably needed some space, so he would give him that for now. He slipped an arm around Team's waist and watched his phone screen, curious about the other song and not really paying attention to what was going on with Ten for the moment.
"Good song." He muttered then, and then paused once Yoongi's part came on, his eyebrows rising. "Wow. Damn. They definitely had a lot going on between them. No wonder he's not over it."
"The way he speaks about him, I always assumed ex lover but I just wasn't sure. Now I know for sure, I know that he has to be. It's so clear now." And so sad, honestly. He hoped Yoongi and Ten made up cause those songs? They were a lot.
Ten came back over and set his empty glass down, looking at Win with newfound determination. "I'm going to go and see him. If you don't hear from me by tomorrow, panic." And yes, that was all he was going to say on the matter.
"Okay, you do that. Tell him he has good flow." Win gave him a thumbs up, smirking and shaking his head a little. This was too weird. Who could have predicted that? "I'll try and keep Team from posting to a forum or coming up with a ship-name."
There was only so much he could do. "Good luck, Ten."

For better or worse.
