"Cool, good for us." He'd be bored without him. With a half smile. he wrapped his arms around Minjun and held him tight for a few moments before pulling away and giving Minjun a playful shove. "This is just between you and me though. People would freak if they knew I had powers. They already won't let me do stuff, imagine if they knew I could be dangerous." He'd never be able to go anywhere!
A black mark with powers? That was bad. "Keep it hush hush and we'll just -- not do a lot with it. I don't need to do anything amazing with my life so... it's cool by me."
"You are amazing. Now you have a light to prove it." Minjun smiled, shaking his head as he returned to the book. "I'm not telling anyone. But I'm just saying, you are more than they want you to be. That just proves my point. That's why they want to keep people small."
He saw this as a win already, definitely made him even more convinced that he was doing the right thing. "I'll find out how to find my soulmate. Don't you want to do it too? To me it feels... It feels like part of me is missing."
"I dunno, I guess I just don't think about it much." Which is why he was pretty content - he didn't think. He supposed now he'd have to try and notice how he felt. "I guess but I always feel like I'm missing shit cause I usually am. Like pay or a non-leaky roof or my waterproofs." Did he miss someone he never even knew?
Was that possible? "God... I hope it's a he. And I hope he's hot." Then he'd have better dating chances. "He'll have to want me if he's my soul mate so-- here's hoping I get a date out of this."
"Yeah. From all I've ever read, any accounts and all that, the attraction is always there. Even if there's reasons you can't or don't want to be together, part of you will be drawn to him. Or her. Inevitably. So, say, if it was a girl? I guess it wouldn't be sexually, but it would feel right. You'd love her, in a way." Minjun frowned as he considered it, then smirked. "I mean, don't get me wrong. I'm hoping for a handsome guy too."
"Well, we are a bunch of queers, of course we want that." Smirking, Sangwoo finished his beer and tossed it into the can, stretching out a little before looking at Minjun. "So, while you study your nerd book, I'm gonna work out and drink some beers. So get back on it, learn all you wanna learn and then we can head off before it's too late."
